The candidate can signup and then use their credentials to sign-in to the portal through any computer or laptop. Once logged in to the system they can take the test. The dedicated technical assignment(s) should be assigned to the candidates which they are allowed to start whenever they want to. The timer would start only when the candidate starts the test or assignment.
